Mada Academy conducted a training workshop for specialists at Dreama Orphan Care Center, with 4 participants and a total of 4 training hours.
The workshop focused on best practices in using sensory assistive technology devices and solutions and appropriate ways of interacting with people with disabilities, in line with Mada’s Competency Framework for universal accessibility, assistive technology, and universal design. It covered Competency Areas D1 – Disability Awareness and Accessibility and D2 – Understanding the Legal Landscape of Disability and Accessibility.
